Egg Muffins

Makes 12, difficulty 1/5, 20 minutes

Tips and tricks:

Instead of chives, you can substitute green onions or baby spinach.


First finely chop the chives and dice the ham and mozzarella into small pieces. Crack all of the eggs into a bowl, add the milk, and beat well. Add salt, pepper, rosemary, and then also the chives, ham, and mozzarella. Mix until combined.

Prepare the muffin tin. Grease the individual muffin moulds with butter and fill with the mixture to approx. 1 cm below the edge. Bake in a preheated oven for approx. 25 minutes at 160°C

  • 120 g quality ham
  • 120 g mozzarella cheese
  • 40 ml milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 1/3 teaspoon rosemary
